Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch—please notify us at farmer@anjaligoldagro.com with your order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not available unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Damaged or wrong item? Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to farmer@anjaligoldagro.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay), typically completed within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

If we authorize a return, we will arrange reverse pickup via Shiprocket at no cost to you.

5. Replacement Policy

Upon approval of damage, we’ll ship a replacement bottle at no additional charge—usually within 3 business days.

6. Non-refundable Items

No returns or refunds for undamaged bottles once opened. Also not applicable to edible self-consumed goods unless defective/damaged.

7. Late Reporting

Claims made after 48 hours from delivery cannot be entertained.
